At EDGE SMART DRIVE, we are committed to delivering our high-performance water sports gear to your doorstep efficiently and securely. We partner with premium global carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your adventure starts on time.
1. Shipping Areas & Methods
We ship globally to most countries and regions.
Carrier Partners: We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast and trackable delivery.
Warehouse Priority: To ensure the fastest delivery, we will prioritize shipping from the warehouse nearest to you based on stock availability. If an item is out of stock locally, it may be dispatched from our manufacturing hub in China.
2. Shipping Costs & Calculation
Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
Standard Rate Structure:
First Weight (0.5 kg): Starts at approximately $30.00 USD
Additional Weight (per 0.5 kg): Adds $6.99 USD
Note: The exact fee will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Surcharges: Some remote areas or high-risk regions (e.g., certain islands) may incur additional surcharges from the carrier.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Does the shipping fee include customs charges?
No. The shipping fee paid at checkout covers transportation costs only.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any potential import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival.
Policy: These charges are determined by your local government, and EDGE SMART DRIVE has no control over them.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Primary origin: Most orders ship directly from our China domestic factory to destinations worldwide
Shipping method and origin are automatically selected based on product availability and the destination address.
Shipping Timeframes:
US / EU / UK: 7-12 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10-20 Business Days
Delays: Shipping times may be affected by harsh weather conditions, festival holidays, or customs inspections.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How to Track: You can use the link in the email or visit our website to track your package status.
Issues: If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us at store@edgesmartdrive.com, and we will investigate with the courier.
6. Damages, Lost & Issues
Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt.
Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, do NOT accept it. Have the courier return it to the sender immediately and contact us. If the package was left in your absence and is damaged, please contact the shipping company and us immediately.
Lost Products: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if shipping is taking unusually long, please contact our customer service immediately. Do not try to resolve it alone with the carrier; let us communicate for you.
Time Limit: We are not responsible for missing or damaged parts reported after 30 business days from delivery.
7. Changing Shipping Address
Before Shipment: If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of ordering) at store@edgesmartdrive.com.
After Shipment: Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address or a request to redirect the package.
